The next morning, after a hearty breakfast was served, we picked them up and went to the field. The weather was not being nice to them, it was freezing and windy. However, they were so happy to be in Argentina for their first time that they decided the bad weather was not going to put them off. They had quite a good day. Maybe the wind didn’t allow them to shoot as they had wanted to, but it is a fact that they had loads of fun. 

The next day, two of the ladies decided to stay at Estancia La Paz Lodge to play tennis and enjoy the comforts of the lodge. Since the nineteenth century, Estancia La Paz lodge has been a big part of Argentina’s history, as it was the place chosen by the President Julio A. Roca to spend his days off. So while two of the ladies stayed to play tennis, one couple and the two gentlemen went hunting. The couple hunted together and I could hear them celebrating every time she managed to shoot down a bird, which became more and more frequent by the hour. She was really mastering the skill! Meanwhile, the two gentlemen enjoyed the fun of hunting in good company and competing for the best shooting average. 

At lunch time they gathered to enjoy a delicious asado cooked by our master chef. Every day, delicious meat cuts grilled to the fire of local wood. Our chef prepared delicious appetizers featuring dove as the main ingredient, cooked differently each day. After such a lavish feast of meat, wine and dessert, our guests went to their hammocks to enjoy a short nap before starting the afternoon hunt. 

After lunch, our guests asked us to have the field assistants fire the guns. They wanted to see how they did it with so much ease! Then, a competition was started. I could only hear laughter! Finally, they had a picture taken all together. 

Fort he last day, the ladies of the group asked our Travel and Leisure department to have a day of shopping tour organized for them. Silvia, our guide and hostess took them to buy some suveniers for themselves, family and friends. While the ladies were shopping, the gentlemen went to enjoy another day of million birds and thousands of shells. Then, it was time to say goodbye to the field assitants! They said they had had an awesome time and they wanted to come back and they wanted their friends to come and experience what they had had the chance to experience.
