We arrived in Santa Fe and the first thing we saw was the huge smile on our old friend Pablo's face, right then I knew it was going to be a wonderful trip!

Pablo, Juan and the rest of the crew did a wonderful job of making us feel comfortable and keeping the schedule flexible for our mixed bag hunt. The Duck hunting was incredible, with limits on every hunt. It was my wife's first duck hunt and now she is ruined for ever because she thinks thats how it is supposed to be!! Juan made sure the women had something to do on days they did not hunt they had a wonderful time horseback riding. We had a successful day perdiz hunting, the dog worked perfectly and the birds were abundant.

I highly recommend Pointer Outfitters for anyone that wants great hunting, excellent food and all the hospitality you can stand! Pablo is on the birds and the hunting crews do a perfect job setting you up on every hunt. Could not have asked for a better week!

San Javier Lodge

The Estancia is located in the north of Santa Fe province. It is one of the best options for duck hunting in Argentina. The hunt is on the marshlands and islands of Parana River. The driving time from the airport to the lodge is one hour and thirty minutes. For those guests flying private charters, landing takes place 40 minutes far from the lodge.

There are daily direct overnight flights from many U.S. cities to Buenos Aires airport, with 3 daily connecting flights to Santa Fe. The duration of a commercial flight from Buenos Aires to Santa Fe is 1:10 hs. Important: when you land in EZE International Airport in Buenos Aires, you will need to change to Aeroparque Airport to fly to Santa Fe, since Aeroparque is the airport that operates domestic flights.
