American Hunters Experience Dove Hunting In Cordoba Part 2
If you enjoyed the previous new, don't miss the full experience!
Day 3 - On this day, the drivers picked up our guests at 7:30 a.m. since they were going to a closer place to hunt. The area was in the lowlands of Jesús María, in Ciprian's field, and it was a very good day to hunt both in the morning and in the afternoon. This place has a "curtain" of bush against a creek, next to a ravine where we set up the stands. They shot all morning and afternoon. Lucas wondered if he could make a thousand pigeons on the same day and luckily he was able to do it in time and early: at around 3:30 a.m, he managed to accomplish it. The day was a very pleasant one but also very hot, with 89°F in the afternoon with some north wind. With the current drought, the ground was very dry because it hasn't rained for 8 months. It was a very nice day and everyone was very happy with the day.
Day 4 - The drivers, Federico Silva and Francisco Visintini, picked them up at 8 a.m. and left for the southern area, towards the Juarez Celman side (which is a couple of km away from the airport). The morning was very good and the hunt started at 10 a.m. They continued hunting until 12 p.m. and they all shot very well. After that time, they had lunch and rested for a while to recharge energies so they could continue dove hunting. Matt was one of our guests who wanted to complete the 1,000 doves so they decided to all go out and hunt with him early. Finally when he made it at about 4:30 p.m., they decided to go back to the lodge to rest. The trip took an hour and a half and they were greeted by Florencia and Elías with ham and cheese empanadas and drinks with kiwi liqueur.
The next day the group had their flights at 2 p.m., so they had to get to the airport in time in case of any unforeseen event. That's how this wonderful trip ended, where 2 more guests joined our precious "Thousand Doves Club".
